I am having difficulties with one particular user> while attempting to access a report for either viewing or printing> an error is received “ODBC-connection to ‘BAAN4C4’ A failed” Other users can loging except for one.

I checked the path of the other users, but I do not know what else to check.

Thank you for responding.
No, as soon as the user wants to either view or print by simply clicking on the button to either view or print the error pops up.
