"Document status record not found"
"Update method "Finalization" not executed; see error log file" ??

I got this error when i want to finalized batch

i already checked tfgld018.stat and the value is 2 (used)
so i have to change this status?

we don't have any connectivity problem with the server

The the batch
Open batch and check that any transaction type is there and no transaction in that.There is one un used transaction in that batch
