Dear Baanboard,

has anybody used the session tfcor0261m000 - "Recalculation Open entries".
Session is from 1998, could not find it in menues.

We have von open entry in tfacr200, balance should be 0, but is +100 Euro in tfacr2520m000 / tfacr2523s000:

Sales Order: -100 Euro
Payment: + 100 Euro
Payment: + 100 Euro (was wrongly done twice by the finance dep.)
Payment: - 100 Euro (as an cancellation)

The balance should be zero, therefore i want to run this correction program.

Perhaps session tfacr2245m000 would be better?
It updates tfacr200 and also has a Test Run option allowing you to preview what the session will update.

Please run the correction program in the test mode first and then if you are satisfied that it works correction, you need to run it again with the update mode.

It normally is on the menu, if not you can still use the file run program to execute it.

Yes, this is a job for otfcor0261m000. Usually I run this session on month close on regular basis.

Also there is another sesion otfcor0260m000, that do the same for suppliers.

Usually this correction programs are executed via RUN/PROGRAM on Baan.
