Every month we having a problem to close month end acct smoothly. This is because we need to tick and untick integration acct for manual input such as AP input for purchase without purchase order (cost item).
Please advise how we can avoid from that repeated activities of tick and untick of integration acct, without any interruption of our month end closing activities.

Please advise.

Hello,

there is a solution to manualy post onto integration accounts without having to change the status itself. I do not have the solution code available right now but the new session is tfgld0148m000.

I try to locate the session but it's not in our version yet, I got advised from our consultant to create 2 child acct, 1 for integration and the other one for cost item without purchase order.

Is it that's the best solution ?

Its solution 224592 which needs to be installed. Apart from that you can do as your consultant recommends.
