Hello,

When we are using the session tfacr2420m000 Print Aging Analysis by Customer for the Financial Customer Group D04 and Aging Analysis Code as A30 and Include Anticipated Payments as Yes I have to click on continue for printing the report Aging Analysis Totals by Customer that is tfacr242018000. System is giving me the error " Error in reading sort file record - 7 scanned 63 expected". If any one knows kindly provide me the solution for this problem.

We have the same problem here. I don't know if it's the same for oyu,but the problemp occured because of an insufficiant disk space during the treatment.
The problem is the rollback seems impossible.

This error can be caused as well due to characters in a character field. Happens if users copy data from word/excel into baan.

Solve it by compiling the report in debug mode, try to locate the record.

Hello,

Same error happened to me and the problem was in the script of my program.check tscript of your program and check for probable cause. Try what Han said, compile the report in debug mode so you will know what went wrong.

Besides previous the possible causes, another cause of this error can be one or several invalid records in the table tfacr200 or a corrupt index

Hello all,

I have got the same error while printing production order document.

Issue solved by removing extra spaces from item description field (tcibd001.dsca) check in GTM.
