Dear All
Due to Hyperinflation we will need to transact values like 100 000 000 000.00 in our fixed asset modules (revaluation). Our total fixed assets register is 2 200 000 000 000.00 (revalued amount).
What is the maximum amount field size in BAAN?
What is the maximum value that BAAN can store in a calculated field e.g total revalued amount in the fixed asset register?

As hyper-inflation continues, how can BAAN handle our increasing amount values?
We are already faced with problems in other modules and reports displaying #####.

You urgent advise would be appreciated

I don't have Baan IV C4 here, so cannot tell you for sure which domains in standard Baan will qualify. However, you should use a domain of type double, many of them have plenty of positions. In ttaad4500m000 (Domains) just check the amount of 'digits before decimal' and 'digits after decimal' and suit your needs.

Domain tfgld.amnt will be used normally for amounts in finance package. This will have 15 digits before decimal sign and 4 digits after decimal sign.
