we are a company which is using barcode automation for every kinf of inventory transactions ,we work with 35 cost price components ,for example when we report production complete for 100 pieces one by one ,system creates production issue record for each piece it is same for production receipt record even worse .So we have very big data on integration tables ,

I really could not understand the problem. Since you do multiple post to inventories, there are multiple integration transactions in tables. So what is the problem..?

If there is a seperate lot number requirement , this is ok..

In case the lot number can be same , you can look for some customization to generate multiple barcode identification in customized table and generate Barcode report using this.

It is more of database / server performance issue in case tables are huge.

there are 6 millions transactions in 4 days ,that is a problem ......
