I am getting a warning message "Status is not Free" tfacps0196. as soon as we click complete match in tfacp1131s000 match receipts session.
Kindly suggest where to check for this problem.

Hi i asume you want to match a factur, then you should check the table tdpur45, if the status is free, no receipts have been done, full aproved, another factur has been booked, if so then look for the record in tdpur46

But have already checked in tdpur045 table.
The fields tdpur045.stsd, tdpur045.stsc are both free.

Still I am getting this warning. We are getting this error for almost 90% of cases

It's the wrong message description, but it relates to a tax issue.

if the purchase order header tax = yes
and the tdpur041.cvat field is blank
and the tfacp200.cvat field is blank
It will throw the message you are recieving.
