I just noticed that tfgld018 has all the transactions from when we started on the system in 1996....what should have been removing them...or do I just need to do a global delete???????
Thank in advance......

Hello Lindar,
On my personal point of view, it is not recommend to delete the data from this table. This table is actualized every time you create a new document on finance. So if you delete this data, you will start to have errors like, "not reference found".
I can“t remmember if the archiving process, deltetes this table. Let me check and I will post again.
Regards.

If you simply a delete, this may cause other problems along the way since many other tables (open items AP/AR, finalized transactions, integrations, etc.) depend on this table.
Best thing to do is archive (+purge), which will ensure that tables are handled in the right order so reference errors do not occur. Session tfgld6205m000 (archive/purge finance transaction) removes the 'tfgld018' records once others that depend on it are archived and removed. You should be at sp10 for "4c" (minimum) since additions were made around the time of service pack 10 for adding proper handling of 'tfgld018' in this session.
