Hi,
during approve a Purchase Order the following message pops up.

logging integration transaction not possible, because no mapping scheme activated.

I checked the mapping scheme and it is active.
inconsistent-not blocked.

While initialising the mapping scheme I get an error like.

record[interim reveneus,5,000100000] cannot be saved in table possible reconciliaten ellements [425] does not exist in table reconcilation groups.

Thanks for help.

Hi there,

You can try the following:
1) Initialize the mapping scheme again from tcfin (tcfin0210m000).
2) Copy active mapping scheme to a new mapping scheme version.
3) Check this new version and make it active.

Hopefully your problems are then solved.

Regards,
Michiel

Thank you Michiel,
the problem was, I wanted to activate a new scheme, but it canceld during processing.
The entry in one table ( the header data, I dont know) was allready written but not the details like accounts and so on.
So the scheme was active without the details. (I dont no the tables in the moment).
But thank you again.

hi,

You actually can approve the PO even though mapping scheme is not initialize. It is control by the Purchase Parameter, Log Financial Economic transaction. But this can only allow you to approve PO. You need the mapping scheme to be active in order to confirm Warehouse Receipt Order.

Besides that, mapping scheme can't be activated without details. I guess you can try to create a new mapping scheme by using the default account setup to insert a default ledger account code for each of the integration documents.
