We are working baan 4c4

We are not able to finalize a batch having integration transactions.

Under session tfgld110m000 & tfgld111s000 (Select Batches for Finalization), whenever we select the batch number for finalization erroneous message "Background process not yet completed" displayed.

We run the session tfgld1214m000 (Invoke Background Process) for 5/6 times, for the same batch number, still same erroneous message is appearing & we are not able to finalize batch.

Is there any standard procedure available to identify & remove such errors?

Can someone help us to finalize the batch?

Try to run 'Rebuild Ledger History (tfgld3201m000) if not solved then alternate option to go for GTM. Open table tfgld102 & change the 'Background Indicator' status as 'Processed (3)' for all the lines of that batch. Before this first ensure that in the table tfgld100 'Batch Status' for that batch must be Ready
