This is in Baan V. When you link the Reminder Method to the Business partner then you can Select and Print the Reminder Letter (Credit control). Its easy.

BUT i have two Business partner which are linked to a parent Customer and always getting paid by Parent Customer. So the PAY-BY Roles is defined ONLY for the parent customer. So it prints the Letter for the parent customer only. I can not link the Reminder method to two child customers because the PAY-BY roles is inactive (getting paid by parent customer only).

How to print Reminder letter for that two child customer ???? Waiting...
