I suppose you have already created an archive company and linked it to the production company. If not, there is a lot of BaaN documentation about it.

We start with tfacr2250 and tfacp2260.
After that: tfcmg3200, tfgld6207, tfgld6205, tfld6206.
We are on IVSP6, so we made a specific to purge the tfgld018 table and tfcmg11x tables.
