when i tried to close one period it shown the error - not all integration transactions posted for year 2004 - period 1, can anybody tell which tables i have to check to see the unposted datas.

Check the table tfgld416, there will be a record for the period 1, if so check the table tfgld410 if this is present. If the record is present in tfgld410 you can remove it out tfgld416 and you can close your period.

You can check tfgld4532m000 for erroneous trx and tfgld416 for unposted trx .

The correct integration staus exist in tfgld418 . You may delete records in tfgld416 only if it's misleading else you need to post the same with tfgld4201m000 .

Have you used print session tfgld1401m000 "print non-finalised transactions" this will tell you what is meant to be unposted. If there is a genuine unposted transaction it will tell what it is and you can deal with it through the normal interfaces.

If it returns the message "no data found" then you may need to look at other methods as described previously by other replies.
