Hi there,

Does anybody have any documentation clearly explaining how BaaN finance is integrated with other modules? Which transactions in Distribution/Manufacturing trigger a financial transaction in finance and what is the journal entry generated?

BaaN online help is pretty confusing and doesn't throw any light on this issue. I would really appreciate if someone can help us.

I am attaching some documentation. There is set up instructions and forms which show all of the required transactions. All of the entries will generate journal entries in Baan. Hope this helps.

What do you mean they are not available for download? As a regular member you have access to any attachment on the forum.

I'm using BAAN L.N. 6.1 anyway we have also SFC, SFC is a warehouse location which was belong to production, material to be used for WIP, must be placed in this warehouse SFC.

Production SFC Operation costs are updated using Hours accounting and referencing an SFC production Order. Project Opertion Costs are updated using Hours Accounting and only referencing a Project or Project and Activity. Hope this helps.
