after completing the close year process the wrong opening balances transfered to the new year
The system transfered the difference between debits and credits of transactions for the year without taking into consideration the prior years opening balances.
We have baan 4c3 ; has anyone else encountered this problem.
any help will be greatly appreciated

Have seen this bug before and there is a solution for it on the Baan site, but it also requires the backup of the Global Support team as well.

I would log this as major problem to get someone on it asap!
