We are trying to set up a consignment warehouse for our suppliers to use. We do not own the inventory, the supplier does. Is the a way to have this inventory in a warehouse and it not show up in our financial records until we create a PO to receive it? We are running baanIVc.

U can do this by maintaining different ledger account in tdinv8150m000 for the consignment warehouse for all intetgration transactions u wish to enter for the consignment stock.

Before doing that look at all possibilities like consignment return , consignment sales , consignment invoice registration,matching and approval and consider the steps involved therein.
