We have some difference between AP , AR & GL

Pls give some method to find the diffference to resolve this.

Hello,

We are using these sessions to control that all totals are the same in AP and GL.
If there are differences, a lot of causes are possible:
- currency differences
- wrong archiving
- rounding problems ...

To correct, the session tfacr2245/acp2245 can be launched.
We are also using GTM ...

We are on BaaN IV C4 SP7.

tfacr2245, acp2245 are executed. Even after I am getting Difference.

As per Maric's repy, I also ran the control A/c. Checklist. If we solve the

differences shown by Control A/c. Checklist. Shall we take granted that

there is no differences between GL & Subledger.

Pls clarify

The c/a checklist goes through the open entries (tfacx200 table) and checks for each record if the corresponding data in gld can be found and is for the same amount. If that returns no errors you may still have transactions on the gld accounts that are not linked to anything in acp/acr, such as journals posted to control accounts (shoot the users and the consultants who set the system up if this is the case).
