When we go through the approval process, we have never had a value for the PO Number in acp101. Is this by design?

I currently have 73,000+ rows in acp101.

we are currently running IVc4 NAS0.

As far as I now there is never PO nr is this table 'cause is for booking differences into speceific accounts in the approval process.
