How can I see other users created direct debit advice batches. Before the updation of service packs, it was able to see other user created batches in any user login. But after the updation of service pack upto 14, this is not possible. As an administrator some time I have to check other users batches for trouble shooting. so please help me.

Did you define yourself as a super user for payments in the session 'Maintain CMG Parameters' (tfcmg0100m000)?

You can check table tfcmg409 or tfcmg109 to check the user that created Direct Debit Advices or Payment Batches. You must change the user in those tables if you want to maintain those batches with your own user.
