The standards and customised reports are not print out correctly after power down and restart the baan server.

The server has not been shutdown for more than a year, and only the NT services for baanlicensing, logicservice and sharedmemory are stop and restart as well as MSSQL everyday.

After the restart, there are many reports are no longer print out correctly, such as supplier & customer aging, PO , Finalised Trans by Ledger a/c and many more.

One example, supplier aging analysis report which suppose to print the supplier name for each supplier follow by their invoices details, but now the supplier name only appear once in each page, even though there are more than one suppliers on same page.

I have looked at those reports, and those report layouts (ttadv3131s000) with before.fields and lattr.break in the Output Expr are affected.



Any help will be very much appreciated.

Tools objects are in shared memory and are loaded during the boot of the machine. Did you install (tools)solutions in het past without booting the server??

In my record I have only installed multi level download tool two months ago.

Is new porting set will solve this problem ? currently using 6.1c.06.01

Is worth trying.

Can I upgrade from 6.1c.06.01 to 6.1c.07.03 ? ie bypass the releases in between.

What kind of SP are you running? It's preferable to keep the portingset and SP a bit in line.

SP4 and some individual patches loaded.

If your customization level is not too high I recommend to upgrade to SP14 + some fixes. My experience is that it's quite stable.
