Can someone please explain the me in general terms the function of the following reports.

1) tfacp1435m000
2) tfacp1432m000
3) tfacp1436m000
4) tfacp1438m000
5) tfacp1439m000

I do not know how to read the reports, nor understand them.

Any documentation would be greatly appreciated.
