Hi

I have a requirement to create a session to reverse tax in vertex(Baan 5c).

Initially the sales invoice had tax but the customer had exemption certificate. Now I need to reverse the tax in vertex.

Is there any utility or a session in Baan.

I was thinking of using Tax Provider Calculation Utility (tccom6212m000) and Process NA tax Provider Adjustments (tccom6214s000) but it does not update the City and District in Vertex. It only updates State/County/Local(City).

Can anyone help me with your suggestions?
