How many time need for Close Year - Provisional (tfgld6201m000) in company 400 000 - 500 000 transactions in last year.

GLD openning balance is computed from the tfgld2xx tables, which are much smaller then the tfgld106 transactions table, and their size does not depend on the number of transctions.

tfgld106 is sequentialy read only once in order to compute the openning balances by suppliers / customers and control accounts, but it is only once and I do not think it will take too much time.
