I would like to know the tables in which I can get the link between the documents generated right from Receipt to Payment. This would include the Matching, Approval, Integration, Payment, etc. documents.

Within tables tfgld410, tdpur046 and tfacp200 u can find all those relationships.

If you want to include payment details, you may need a couple of tfcmg tables (composed payment details). The audit trail from from purchase invoice to payment in Baan isn't great.
