I am looking for exception reports. Are they available in Baan 4c4?

There are 2 A/R aging reports in Baan4c4 Print Aging Analysis by Customer (tfacp2420m000) and Print Customer Aging Summary (tfacp2411m000). Both of these reports use a user defined Aging Analysis Code (tfacp0140m000) where you can define the periods.

I have the normal 30/60/90 day periods set up but I did not find how to set up the periods so I would get just the ones with balances over 60 or 90 days. Have you set something up to do this?

Have you tried creating a new Aging Analysis code with just 2 periods. In the first period put 60 and in the second put 90.

Yes, it just gives you everything up to 60 and 90 days not just the ones with balances over those time periods.

Hi,

Try giving invoice selection date/period to exclude invoices of the past 60/90 days and having aging periods of 60,90 days.

i.e
Invoice selection Date or Period 60 days before today or 2 periods before current period.

Receipt selection date or Period - Current Date or period.

Ageing analysis code contains 2 buckets 0 to 60 days and 60 to 90 Days

regards,
