Does anyone know how the fields tccom011.cryr and tccom010.tovr are updated.

We seem to have an inconsistency in that some customers sales stats have a turnover from 2003 backwards and others are from 2002 backwards.

There is no inconsistancy; there should be a field in tccom010 (or tccom011? - I don't have a Baan software available right now) indicating which year that fields start from. The fields in tccom011 are only updated (and "scrolled") if there is an actual turnover in that year.

We thought as you that it was due to last active turnover. However, we have accounts that have not had activity since 2001 which print out with a turnover starting 2003 and backwards. While others start at 2002. ???
