Hi!

For some of the integration transactions following error generated.
Error....... Batch being used; try again
Cannot Open batch for posting to finance.
Transactions reposted several times.

Status in tables:
tfgld410....records appearing, but no batch no. assigned.
tfgld416....records appearing.
tfgld418....integration transaction status erroneous.
tfgld430....No batch created.

How to rectify the error???

Check tfgld100 and tfgld101 for any batches with status "in use", maybe there was a problem witha previous integration batch.

Maria,

Tks for reply. There are no batches in tfgld100 & 101 with status "In Use".

As a possible reason, I would suggest that you check table tfgld014 to see what the last used batch number is. It is then necessary to check tfgld100 to ensure that this agrees with gld014.

If the batch number is higher in gld100, modify gld014 to bring it into line.

Hi Naryanan

We find that such error occurs when two different users try to post the same tror fitr transactions for the same day Of course it could differ on the basis of your integration parameter setting ' Batch Number by ---

If you post the same transactions through a different log in name the error generally gets cleared

Hi!

Tks for reply. As a test case changed the status from "erroneous" to "unposted" in tfgld418 and posted the transactions. It has gone through.

As an advise avoide touching integration tables (tfgld418) through GTM. the above problem would have been rectified through fgld1116m0000. the reason for same is same a stated by others.

Hi,
Normally this problem has to do with table tfgld430 and tfgld100, check if there is consistence between these two tables.

We've had this problem twice now.

Fisrst finalise all existing integration batches, then you can re-post.
