Print Trial Balance with Dimension

When we run this session tfgld3405m000 for a period in fiscal 2003 , the report gets generated but the opening balances are for the year 2002 and not for year 2003.

The other reports of trial balances have correct opening balances. Obviously we have missed on transferring/updating the opening balances for the year for dimensions. Which session does this job?

The dimension and ledger balances are always updated simultaneously for 0 level ledgers and 0 level dimension .

You may run tfgld3203m000 which brings back opening balances if year 2002 is finally closed . Else run tfgld6201m000 (year close provisional) to bring back balances (including opening balances) .

checked the table tfgld204 and find that the records for a particular company are identical for 2002 and 2003.

Guess will do th eprovisional closing for this company again.

The ledger rebuild sessions do erase any opening balance that is provisional. If the previous year has been closed properly then the rebuilds should be ok, if the previous year has not been closed properly (yet) then you'll have to do a provisional year end after each ledger rebuild.
