I have a user when she runs session tdsls4120m000 she gets a popup error stating "Line Item not found" and when she clicks ok to close the error the session closes. But if i log in baan i can get to that session with no problems. Any suggestions

No its not installed i am in the process of installing it on my test environment and then production.

Since it seems to be user related, you could try to delete the user defaults for this user, company and session.
