When I want to reverse some transactions in the system, I took an error message which is “tfacps.1140.20 ??????????????????”. What does it mean? I can not do that process.

I know that order with zero quantity matched.But,The system is not permission to reverse that transaction.
This message is not warning or there is an other problem.But,I colud not understand.
