Well, it depends on how much you want.

I suggest you 'create a sequential dump' (ttaad4226m000) of the ACP tables you need from the original company and then 'create table from sequential dump' (ttaad4227m000) in the new company. Remember to change the company number in the create table session.

Does the new company replace the old company? Or is it an all together new company? Will it have the same Chart of Accounts structure? Will you use the same supplier master?

At the least, You will need the ACP parameters tables. tfacp000, -001, -002, -003, -004, and -005. This only applies IF the ACP is identical to the 'original' company. After that, It really depends on what you intend to use the new company for.
hope this helps

Migration Steps

The ledger balance is loaded to temp. account "123" for example.
Create a misc Cost entry using sessions
tfgld11001m000. Use a Purchase Invoice transaction type and post the debit to a clearing account.

Create a misc journal entry where the temp account 123 is debited and the non control clearing account is credited.
The result is that the balance is loaded in the control account and the clearing and temp accounts are zero'ed out.

Requires no new control account or financial
customer group.
