Can anyone provide me information on finding the value of Orders that are Shipped but not Invoiced amount for Invoice-To BP ( Baan Vc ).

maybe you could query the sales delivery table tdsls045
on the delivered quantity field dqua <> 0 and the invoice number field invn = 0.

Not sure about Baan V but in IV you can print sales order deliveries for invoice 0 through 0 and get a report of all shipments not yet invoiced.

Could u try printing in the session tfacr1432m000 Print Specifications Delivered, not yet invoiced.

This session is taking hell a lot of time in my system. Everytime I kill the session after waiting for 5-15 mins.

Looking at this problem from distribution point of view, you can easily solve it by creating a report based on tdsls401 (SO Lines). From this table, you find all the lines which has been delivered (delivered qty not zero or tdsls401.dqua<>0) but hasn't been invoiced yet (no invoice number or tdsls401.ncmp=0 and tdsls401.ntyp="" and tdsls401.ninv=0, if I'm not mistaken. I don't have a B5 sys in front of me now). Then you sum up the amount for all these lines. Voila! You got the delivered but not yet invoiced amount (from distribution side)

In Baan 4 the best index based query would be looking at the status in the deliveries table(tdsls045) and depending on your
set up it could be a status > status for maintain deliveries and
< = Print sales invoice.
