Depreciation calculation I am trying to calculate depreciation results for period 2. The system does not calculate anything. It worked great for period 1. Although I can see the results of my posting for period 1 in my ledger history. But when I run the calculate depreciation session nothing happens and when I view deprecation for the month there is none, when I run that session I specify just for that period for example period 2, I have tried to say period 1 to 2 but I get message saying setup was done in period one.

what is the depreciation status as per session tfffas0118m000.
check through special --> maintain dep status!

I checked that session and it showed the status to be no for depreciation, however I fixed the problem by deleting the error message in the log and re-running session and it worked.

Dear reader,

It looks like you have a problem with session maintain initial setup data (tffas0118m000) looking to your last remark. You did not mention in your mail if the calculation and posting is correct. You get some data over, but is this the correct depreciation amount.

Please have a look to this session keeping in mind that Baan is using a annual check for depreciation. When this is not the issue, please check the fixed asset master data (tffas0106m000) and check the fields like 'out of use' and 'number of years depreciation'.
