Hi Guys,

My trial Balance is not showing Opening balances for the periords. Actually, i was doing a Sales Invoice rectification and i run the session rebuild ledger history by period (tfgld3206m000) and accidently Opening balance open remained "No". Well, the Sales Invoice Problem rectified but now opening balances are not coming in trial. I checked up history tables and found transactions for opening balances for this fiscal year are missing.

I tried again tfgld3206m00 with Opening Balalnces "Yes". It shows that it is rebuilding the opening balances but no transaction is generated in end and result is same. Opening balalces as Zero.

I am tring session tfgld3203m000 now to rebuild opening balalnces/history from transactions.

Can somebody help me on this.

If you have not closed the previous year yet then you will have to run the provisional close for the year to get your opening balances back.

Can you let me know the session no. from which i can retreive the opening balances becuase i still have my last year provisionally closed..

Run tfgld6201m000 - Close Year- Provisional. This will create your opening balances again.

Should i make update customer/Supplier History option as "No".
