In our organisation we have noticed that the tfacr200 and other balances do not match with Trial Balance figures. The source of the problem is change of data through external means in tfgld tables (especially tfgld106).

The question is can we rebuild the tfacr tables taking tfgld as base?

You'll probably have to set up some type of script or exchange to fix the problem.

There are some BaaN sessions to re-calculate supplier (tfacp2245m000) and customer balances (tfacr2245m000) , but I am not sure about the tfgld106 table balance.

Before using these sesions though, I would go to the BaaN site and download the latest version.

Hope this helps some!

Hope you rebuild the ledger balances if you change tfgld106, or your TB will be out. Also hope you closed the previous fiscal year, or the rebuild will wipe out your provisional opening balance which doesn't look good on your TB either.
Finally, your control account checklist will make interesting reading if you change acp related transactions in gld106 without changing acp200
