How should be the integration for Sales / Stock Transfer combination??

THe combination should be SalesINV/Issue where the entry would typically be
Dr. Goods to be delivered
Cr. Finished Inventory.
THe only other comibination with sales is the SalesINV/Allocation, which I don't think would be applicable to your case, but you may want to check it on.
