Dear Members,

We are trying to implement user authorization on Infor LN 10.2.1
and we need documentation for kinds of user authorization that Infor have.

As far as we know, there are few kinds of authorization :
- DEM
- Table Authorization (session, table , and library)
- Workflow

Is there any other kind of authorization available?

Hi,

Yes you are right. You can have two types of Authorization basically. Either you can use DEM else you can go for Role Authorization. Workflow is more related to handling business processes.

You can get the documentations on Xtreme.

Btw, in Xtreme, I search for the knowledge base of user authorization.
and I was given this document code : U8883G US --> Developer's Guide.
and U8854H US --> Enterprise Server Administrator Guide.

But I search at Extreme, and I cannot find this document (in PDF or in any kind of document type)

Is there something I haven't done correctly?
or is there someone can share me the document?

It will give Enterprise Server Admin Guide. You can refer this.

You will get the files the same way.
