I would like to restrict users to log in to their alloted timeframe. Timeframe will be different for different users. This is to manage the number of licences.
can somebody will help in this regards?

You will need to create a "User Data" Template for the different time frames you would like the users to log into.

Then these User Data Templates would be assigned to your different users depending on when they would be required to log in and use the system.
