Hi All,

i need help to deactivate a role.

The role is created & access is given to many users. is there any process where the user can be restricted from accessing the session added via role.

Deleting the role from employee & again generating through Dialog box is time consuming
there was an option to deactivate the role, even after deactivating the role the user is able to access the session..did i miss any steps after deactivating a role..

Any idea is welcome.

You will need to still delete the role and generate user dialog. The users menus are updated when this process is completed.
