I have created a new Version and associated Project Model i.e. Version B and Project Model B.

I want to export a business process from the existing project model A, version A into the new project model B.

So precisely I just want to copy a business process from one project model to another. I am using tgbrg1235m000 / tgbrg1245m000 to do this but I m not getting any results. I do not want to import the BP from the repository into the project model as i will then need to add in the role authorisation.

If you just want to move a business process itself you will still have to add all of the linking mechanisms.
