I wonder if there must be something additionally setup for a DEM used in Webtop. In file log.ottst on the server we get an entry everytime a user (whoch has a DEM) logs in into Webtop (8.4.1):

Any ideas where to setup the missing parameters? The users are linked to the correct company...
