Can someone help me?

I am trying to use Worktop 2.2.32 with a DEM Process Browser.
I can see all the sessions but not the processes in the working area.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

I would to need a screenshot. have the roles been linked to the user as well as the business process? Has process browser been selected in User Data along with worktop?
