I am in the process of building new DEM Business Processes & Roles and have used the URL link to connect to Work Instructions.

Has anybody else tried this approach (it's so far working perfectly)? I am interested in how this might affect network traffic with some 150 users

We also used to use the URL. I can't recall any significant impact on network traffic.
