Hi,
we are using ERP Ln 6.1. I want to give a session authorisation to an user, but restrict him from accessing subsessions in the main session e.g whinh2100m100.
By default, system carries all the subsession authorisation. How to do it ?
Thanks

If you are using DEM then you can use Subapplication Modeling. You can use session tgbrg5223m000 or the DEM enterprise modeler editor (EME) to insert the block.
If you are not using DEM then you have to maintain roles in Tools \ Authorization Management System - that block the modules, sessions, tables...

Before you can restrict subapplications, they must be generated. From Enterprise Modeller, select Master Data, Application Components, Applications by Component and then generate Sub-Applications by Application. That will generate a table holding a list of the recognised sub-applications for each session. If the particular sub-session you want to restrict isn't generated, you can also add it manually with the same session.
Once the subapplications are generated, do a right-click on the activity in EME and Insert/Subapplications. This will open the list of sub-apps that are available to restrict. You select the ones you want as modelled subapplications, then can change the access level of the sub-session.

Hi,
My requirement is to restrict the specific options of a session purchase order advice. I was able to restrict the sessions but there is a command/button option 'confirm' which I am unable to restrict.
Can you please let me know how to restrict this option in DEM?
Thanks for your help in advance,
Jenny
