Can the superuser can run the session of the other users from DEM > start screen Employee session of the DEM.

Don't know about Baan 4. But in Baan 5 it is always possible to run the session of DEM users by a super user. Even if the session does not have tools authorization for the DEM user.

Yes you are right, but can we make any changes/ transactions from the DEM on users account.

Hi,

The changes made will be done by bsp user and will be recorded as done by bsp user. You can not access the table as a different user there, since you have logged in as bsp and you have not entered user's password anywhere.
