User is created and converted to runtime dd & database user, as a dem user. The user has been given the correct permissions but once logged on, the screen hangs (white screen). If the user is changed to a Menu Browser, he is able to login to the menu. I have upgraded the bw and get error messages and unable to get into any menus (permissions) so I reverted back to the original bw. (Running NT & SQL) Could it be permissions relating to NT or SQL?

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
