Hi,

I am working on Baan V

I have the following problem. I have two environments "test" and "live" which are used for testing and real time transactions respectively. The settings for both the environments are same. The dem browsers also look exactly the same. This creates confusion in the minds of users regarding the environment they are working in.

I would like to know if it is possible to change the look and feel of the dem browser in one of the environments. This was possible in Baan IV where we could have a process browser or a menu browser as per our preferences while generating the user dialog.

Is the same possible in Baan V ?

You´re talking about DEM-ProcessBrowser in WORKTOP (WT) or Dynamic Menu Browser (DMB) ?

Yes you can!

If you look in the menu bar, there are some settings options that allow you to change things like size and colour of the shapes used to build up the processes. These are at process level, unlike the resource settings in Baan IV, so you would have to set them for each new process in one environment.
