Generation of user dialog in live company with volume of data is taking approx 45 mins to 1 hr for a single user with multiple roles. Is significant reduction in DEM generation time possible if I export the entire DEM in newly created company which has little or no data in tables & generate user dialog there.

Please advise

Always make a practice to put DeM in test company, this will helps you out.

I have tried that. On the live server, I created a dedicated DEM company with only tgbrg tables, but no improvement in performance.
