As a SOX requirement, I need to review the DEM roles and sessions assigned to the role. Is there a tool/utility that can extract this information from the system into one report?

The sys admin does not think it is possible to create one report. Is the only alternative screen captures?

The version of BAAN is IVc2.

Here is a screenshot with all the related DEM session, where the authorizations are set and each session has a print session/report associated with it, with which you can generate a report.
There should be similar sessions in your BaaN/DEM version too.

You can get such a report with the help of follwing steps :

1. Print Where Used sessions
This can be found in 'Misc' menu of Master Data. This will print various business processes for a session

2. Find roles by business process

3. Find roles by user

Combining these three outputs you can derive 'User-Session accessibility' .
